Open 24 Hours screened at the Screamfest Horror Film Festival in Los Angeles on 12 October 2018, its West Coast premiere.
The festival’s programme notes that the film had already had its European premiere at FrightFest in London and its North American premiere at Fantastic Fest in Austin. Screamfest lists Seahorse Filmhouse as producer, and credits Josh and Sierra Russell for Best Makeup.
